Kerry Anne Schultz BioKerry Anne Schultz is a partner with Fountain, Schultz & Associates, P.L. She graduated Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian with a Bachelor's degree in both History and Political Science from Oklahoma City University in 1998. Ms. Schultz also earned her Juris Doctorate with honors from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2000.

While attending Oklahoma City University, Ms. Schultz was the student body president, a member of Blue Key, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, the 1998 All-USA Academic Team, an Oklahoma State Rhodes Scholar Finalist (1998), a Truman Scholar Finalist (1997), and an Oxford Service Learning Scholar (1997). As a law student, Ms. Schultz received several jurisprudence awards. She was selected to the Moot Court Board and was Semi-Finalist in the Intra School Moot Court where she earned an honor for "Best Brief." Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Schultz served for one year as law clerk to Honorable Paul J. Clulo, in Midland, Michigan.

Ms. Schultz is currently a member of the Florida Bar Association; American Bar Association and the Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Pensacola Inns of Court; Co-Chair of the Law Week Committee and Community Service Committee of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Associations; Chair of Attorney/Realtor Relations Committee of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Associations; President of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Real Estate Council; Instructor with the Florida Division of Real Estate teaching the Real Estate Contracts Course and Ethical Considerations in Real Estate Transactions to real estate agents and brokers; Instructor with Sterling Education Services, Inc., teaching Leases and Landlord-Tenant Law; Junior Achievement Volunteer; Agent of Attorney's Title Insurance Fund and Ticor Title Insurance; a member of Strathmore's Who's Who; a member of Gulf Breeze Rotary; Attorney Board Member for the Early Learning Coalition of Escambia County; Board Member for the Navarre Area Chamber ofCommerce; and a 2009 Rising Star Florida Super Lawyer.

Ms. Schultz frequently participates as a lecturer and contributor in teaching seminars on Contracts and Ethics for the Florida Department of Real Estate to real estate professionals including the following: "Rainmaking in a Drier Real Estate Market"---Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc., (2007 Fund Assembly); "Short-Sales & Other Distressed Property Transactions"-The 2008 Fund Situation Room Seminar; "2008 Pre-Contract to Post-Closing Seminar;" "Ethical Considerations in Real Estate Transactions," 2008 Escambia-Santa Rosa Attorney-Realtor Seminar, Florida Department of Real Estate Education Instructor.

Ms. Schultz's practice is limited to business and corporate transactions, health law, commercial and residential real estate transactions and development, homeowner, condominium and community associations, and civil litigation.

Ms. Schultz resides in Gulf Breeze, Florida with her husband, Dr. Steven John Spitzer. They are active parishioners with St. Ann's Catholic Church.
