Kenneth R. Fountain

Kenneth R. Fountain is a partner with Fountain & Bridgford, PLLC. Mr. Fountain earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 1994 and as a student was awarded the Book Award in Constitutional Law, listed on the Dean’s List, named to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and elected a Representative in the John Marshall Bar Association. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business Administration in 1991 including specialty studies in Real Estate Analysis and Investments. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Fountain returned to the Emerald Coast to join the Honorable John Brown, Bryan Kiefer, and the Honorable Terrance Ketchel as an associate attorney in their private practice. He established the law firm now known as Fountain & Bridgford, PLLC in 1996.

Mr. Fountain is currently an active member of the Florida Bar Association; American Bar Association; the Florida Bar Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association; Escambia Santa Rosa Real Estate Council; Agent of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company; Emerald Coast Estate Planning Council; and the Navarre Area Board of Realtors. Mr. Fountain is a member of the University of Florida College of Law Alumni Council as a 1994 Class Representative. Mr. Fountain frequently participates as a lecturer and contributor in teaching seminars on real estate transactions and estate planning.

Mr. Fountain has a lifetime of experience in Northwest Florida Real Estate Sales and Development. He represents Realtors, Developers, Lenders, Builders, Contractors, Planners, Community Associations, and Homeowners in creating projects and communities across the Emerald Coast.

Mr. Fountain’s direct involvement in multiple residential and commercial developments including acquisition, planning, financing, developing, constructing, marketing, and operating development projects provides experienced legal counsel and service for the Firms’ clients.

Mr. Fountain expanded his real estate practice as a licensed Mortgage Broker and established Attorney’s Mortgage Advantage, now known as Fountain Lending . Combining his experience and knowledge as a Real Estate Attorney and a Mortgage Broker, Mr. Fountain provides clients professional financial advice and guidance with integrity throughout the lending process for both residential and commercial transactions drawing on his experiences as Mortgage Broker to assist Lenders and Borrowers.

Mr. Fountain’s legal practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions and development, real estate financing, corporate and business organization and transactions, estate planning, homeowners associations, land use and civil litigation.

Mr. Fountain resides in Navarre, Florida with his wife, Tamara White Fountain, originally from Palm Beach, and their daughter, Margaret. The family attends Saint Mary’s Church and First United Methodist Church. Ken Fountain grew up along the Emerald Coast in Fort Walton Beach and graduated from Choctawhatchee High School.
